Michael Moeller

Based out of ORGalpha's suburban Pennsylvania offices, Michael is a trusted partner to boards of directors and company leadership in navigating complex organizational and business challenges. Michael's expertise encompasses the full range of human resources disciplines with specialization in developing strategically aligned human capital agendas, leading transformational change, and building world class talent management & organizational effectiveness capabilities.

Michael founded ORGalpha after more than two decades as a senior HR executive for Fortune 500 global corporations and high-growth, venture-backed startups. During Michael's tenure, these companies consistently exceeded growth and profitability targets while delivering industry leading employee engagement results.

Prior to launching his HR career, Michael guided strategy and organization projects as an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company and advised clients on antitrust matters as an attorney with Shearman & Sterling. Michael is a graduate of Georgetown University and Brooklyn Law School.
